Article 3. Use of Personal Information
1. Purposes of Use
The Company may use personal information provided by Customers for the following purposes:

(2) Responding to inquiries and opinions regarding the Company's services.
(3) Maintaining systems, addressing system failures, carrying out operational activities, and notifying Customers of server maintenance and service improvements.
(4) Conducting surveys and providing information and advertisements regarding services, products, campaigns, and promotions.
(5) Delivering advertisements and information regarding products and services offered by the Company or third parties.
(6) Analyzing usage trends and statistical data based on information processed so that individuals cannot be identified.

(2) Where it is necessary to protect the life, body, or property of an individual and obtaining the Customer's consent is difficult.
(3) Where cooperation with a governmental authority, local government, or a party entrusted by such authority is required for the performance of duties prescribed by law, and obtaining the Customer's consent may interfere with the execution of such duties.
Article 4. Management of Personal Information
1. Protection and Management
The Company shall appropriately protect and manage personal information provided by Customers in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
2. Management Structure
To ensure the proper protection and management of personal information, the Company shall appoint personnel responsible for personal information management and establish a system designed to prevent unauthorized disclosure, loss, alteration, or misuse of Customers' personal information.
Article 5. Procedures for Requests for Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use, or Deletion
1. Request Procedures
If a Customer wishes to request the disclosure, correction, suspension of use, or deletion of personal information (collectively, “Disclosure Requests”), the Customer shall contact the inquiry desk below by email.
Upon receipt of such request, the Company will review the request and provide a prescribed request form by mail or email. The Customer must complete and return the form to the inquiry desk in order to submit a formal request.
Requests made by telephone or fax will not be accepted.

2. Requests by Authorized Representatives

(1) The identity of the Customer or representative cannot be verified.
(2) The authority of the representative cannot be verified.
(3) Submitted documents are incomplete or contain deficiencies.
(4) The requested information does not constitute retained personal data or has already been deleted.
(5) Disclosure may harm the life, body, property, or other rights or interests of the Customer or a third party.
(6) Disclosure may significantly interfere with the Company's business operations.
(7) Disclosure would otherwise violate applicable laws or regulations.
Article 6. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The Company will not provide Customers' personal information to any third party except in the following circumstances:

The Customer has given prior consent;

Disclosure is required by applicable law;

Disclosure is necessary for the outsourcing of operations within the scope required to achieve the purposes of use; or

Disclosure is otherwise permitted under this Policy.
Article 7. Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing
